Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide SugarPlumb, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and update much of your family information in the app. You can control notifications through app and device settings, leave a family space where available, and request account deletion. See our account deletion guide.
Children’s privacy
SugarPlumb is an adult-directed family coordination service and is not intended for use by children. Adults are responsible for the information they add about children and for inviting only trusted caregivers with a legitimate need for access.
